Description

Non-verbal approaches to working with a presenting issue through attention, contact and bodily release.

This video course is devoted to the methods of non-verbal regression and to the "Crisis" practice — approaches in which rapport (synchronization), testing and precise support of the state play the key role. Inside there are explanations, demonstrations and variations of regression through gaze and through movement (a step back), so that you understand the structure and can apply the methods consciously and safely.

What does the course give you?

  • an understanding of the principles of rapport and of leading the process non-verbally.
  • testing tools for checking changes in the state.
  • approaches to working with the "root of the issue" without going into long narratives.
  • an understanding of the logic of the "Crisis" technique as bodily release and integration.
  • a structure for safely completing the work and stabilizing the state.

Who is it for?

  • for practitioners who work with states and inner reactions.
  • for those who work in pairs and accompany the process.
  • for those who value non-verbal approaches and precise work with attention.

Safety matters

The course covers precautions, contraindications and the principles of informed consent. These practices call for attentiveness, enough time and careful support.

Access: online • video lessons • sequential progression
The materials are educational and are aimed at developing awareness and self-regulation skills. Consult the relevant specialists when needed.

Programme (8 video lessons):

  1. What is rapport (synchronization)? Contact, trust and a shared rhythm — the foundation of safely guiding regression and bodily reactions.
  2. Person synchronization technique. Practising the tuning of contact through presence and attention (without pressure).
  3. Testing. How to check changes in the state, track the dynamics and repeat the work correctly.
  4. "Crisis" (explanation). The logic of the method: bodily release, letting go of fixations and the principles of support.
  5. Non-verbal regression (explanation). The principle of going down to the root of the issue without detailed narratives, through the signals of the body and of attention.
  6. Non-verbal regression and "Crisis" (demonstration). A demonstration of the two methods combined and a breakdown of the reference points: safety, rhythm, completion.
  7. Regression through gaze. A variation of non-verbal regression using the direction of attention and the focus of perception.
  8. Regression through a step back. Movement as a trigger for memories and as an entry into the original experience: structure and nuances.
This description deliberately leaves out step-by-step protocols of the techniques: the full structure, the safety measures and the demonstrations are available inside the course.
