Ancestral Work (Seven Generations)

A gentle practice for bringing back your inner resource through the ancestral lines: maternal and paternal.

This course is devoted to ancestral work through rapport (synchronization), attention, and imagery. You will study the structure of the "Seven Generations" practice and go through how to guide the process safely along both lines – maternal and paternal – without sinking into heavy detail and without pressure.

Important

The work runs through inner sensations and images rather than through logical analysis or a search for the "right" facts. The course explains what to do when someone knows little about their family or has no contact with their parents.

Curriculum (4 video lessons)

1. What is rapport (synchronization)? Contact and trust as the ground of a deep process: why ancestral work does not "open up" without rapport.
2. Person synchronization technique. Practice in tuning the contact through attention and presence (without pressure).
3. Ancestral work (explanation) The logic of the "Seven Generations" method: two lines, the principles of safe guidance, and the markers of a result.
4. Ancestral work (demonstration) A worked example plus a breakdown of pacing, guidance, and closing the process.
