1. What is rapport (synchronization)? Contact, trust and a shared rhythm — the foundation for subtle practices and lasting results.
2. Person synchronization technique. Practising how to tune contact through attention and presence (without pressure).
3. Phantom separation. The concept and reference points of the practice: how to approach the subject gently and step by step.
4. Elementale (explanation). The logic of the method: an "energy module" as an automatism — one function formulated, boundaries, ethics.
5. Elementale (demonstration). A worked example of the application and a breakdown of the key nuances: stability, integration, completion.
